Junior Golf

The Country Club of Fairfax Golf staff and PGA Director of Golf, Brandon Sage, are proud to sponsor Junior Golf.

Our Director of Instruction, Linda Gaudi, was named Middle Atlantic PGA Junior Golf Leader of the Year in 2014 and was named U.S. Kids Top 50 Kids Teachers for 2014 and 2015. The Junior Golf Committee is composed of Club leaders who volunteer their time and enthusiasm in order to pass the great game on to the next generation.

During regular Tuesday play, Juniors are taught the fundamentals of the game, the rules of medal, match, and team play, and the etiquette of golf through weekly activities, instruction, and contests. Junior Golf Association members are eligible to enter the annual Junior Club Championships at the Country Club of Fairfax, as well as the MAPGA Frank Emmett Junior Interclub and PGA Junior League Golf.

The Junior Golf Association offers memberships to dependents of Class A Members ages 7 through 17, and registered players are entitled to use the golf course on Tuesday mornings as per the Junior Golf Committee program.
