The Country Club of Fairfax can host events accommodating 10 to 250 guests. Whether your plans entail an off-site business function, sponsored golf outing, family celebration, or classic wedding and reception, our knowledgeable staff stands ready to advise and assist with the planning of your function, with proper attention paid to even the smallest of details.

The Board Room

5-10 guests

Executive meeting space offering a generous conference table, flexible seating, and audio visual / wireless capabilities. Ideal for off-site meetings, strategy sessions, and formal discussions.

The Presidential Room

10-45 guests

Classic club decor accentuates this versatile room, featuring warm wood trim and a traditional color palette. Perfect for speaking events, business meetings, or private celebrations.

The Bistro Room

Home to our private Member wine lockers, the Bistro Room offers full bar capability, soft seating, a familial fireplace, and a breathtaking view of the Club grounds. Designed for seated lunches, cocktail receptions, and private dinners alike, the Bistro will accommodate both casual events and the most intimate of occasions.

The Club Ballroom

50-250 guests

Recently renovated, featuring a flexible floor plan and classic decor, The Ballroom is the quintessential Club event space. A scenic wall of windows looks out onto the second-floor terrace, providing an unparalleled view of our vintage Virginia scenery. From elegant carpeting and window coverings to the Savannah hardwood dance floor, classic charm and elegance abounds. The perfect venue for your very special event!

2017 banquet menus will be unveiled this Spring, and new 3D floor plans of each event room are available. We offer a collection of brand-new specialty linens available for rental, and all rooms can accommodate Audio Visual needs, including a projector, screen, microphone, and podium.
